Condenser-Filter Air Dehydrators
Remove moisture by cooling the air stream with the ship’s chilled water. The cooled air releases moisture by condensation. The condensate is mechanically separated from the air stream and drained to the LPAC’s trap-dump valve.

Condenser-Filter Low-Pressure Dry Air 7300 Mk II
$0.00Selected for the LHD 2-4 class, the Model 7300 Mk II low-pressure air dehydrator (LPAD) is designed to remove water vapor from low-pressure compressed air systems. The air delivered by this dehydrator is intended for use in control systems such as automatic combustion control, or in any low-pressure air system where it is desirable to eliminate moisture. Generally, the air delivered by this dehydrator is NOT of a quality adequate for use in electronics purging.

Model 7301 Mk I Condenser-Filter Air Dehydrator
$0.00A convenient, economical replacement for the R12-cooled refrigerant dehydrator originally furnished with the Dresser-Rand NAXI® LPAC on CG-47 and FFG-7 classes. Its foundation footprint is an exact duplicate of the refrigi-filter, for trouble-free retrofit. Uses the same rugged, maintenance-free chilled-water-to-air heat exchanger used in Howell Labs’s other condenser-filters. Basic instrumentation is standard. Requires no electrical power for its operation.
- Drop-in replacement for existing NAXI® LPAC refrigeration dehydrator.
- To 100 scfm dry air flow.
