Model 8850 Mk II Dockside Seawater Chlorinator

Provides point-of-use protection against bio-fouling in dockside applications at construction and overhaul facilities. Biocide is particularly important in modern piping systems that employ high-strength, light-weight alloys such as titanium rather than conventional copper-nickels.

Free-standing and easily installed near a seawater intake. Requires only seawater and electricity to operate.

  • Treats submarine main and auxiliary seawater systems while in port.
  • Free-standing dockside.
  • Treats up to 2,870,000 gallons (10,900 m3) of seawater per day to 1 ppm.
