Model 7005

Backup Air Dehydrator For Dental Operating Room

Features:

General Description:

The Model 7005 series air dehydrator has been selected for the LPD 17 San Antonio class. It is designed to provide up to 7 scfm of clean, dry air for use in shipboard dental operating rooms. The unit is fully automatic and operates with very little maintenance.

The Model 7005 includes a coalescing filter (removes 100% of 0.03 micron or larger diameter solids and liquid particles), a membrane dehydrator, and upstream and downstream isolation valves.

Specifications:

• Built in accordance with LPD 17 Specification 6259K. Welded in accordance with S9074-AR-GIB-010/278. Fully qualified to MIL-S-901C, High Impact Shock (Grade B), and MIL-STD-167-1, Vibration (Environmental) Shipboard.
• Outlet Capacity: 0 - 7 scfm.
• Inlet Air Conditions (defined by specification): Pressure 80-125 psig.
  Temperature 50° F to 122° F.
  Maximum dew point of 60° F at 80 psig.
• Outlet Air Conditions: Dew point -40° F or lower at pressure.
  Pressure not more than 10 psig below inlet.
• Electrical Requirements: None.
• Dimensions: 16" W x 48" H x 12" D.
• Weight: 77 pounds.
