Howell Labs has recently supplied four of our Model 7060 Mk II MEDGs (mixed-oxidant electrolytic disinfectant generators for potable water) to Northrup Grumman Ship Systems for CVN 71 Theodore Roosevelt.
In June, we were awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract by ICI, LLC. to supply 48 Mk II MEDGs over five years for the remainder of the aircraft carriers. They will be installed at Norfolk, San Diego, Mayport and Bremerton. To date we have been awarded task orders under this ID/IQ contract to supply shipsets for CVN 69 Dwight D. Eisenhower, CV 67 John F. Kennedy. and CVN 75 Harry S Truman.
In 2004 we provided 7060 Mk IIIs to Northrop Grumman Ship Systems for the LHD 8 class, and we're making more next year for the LHA 6 class.
